THE COTTAGE
The ground floor consists in a living/dining room area with an open kitchen, a bathroom and water closet, and the master bedroom with an independent entrance through the garden facing the seaside.

The 2 upstairs bedrooms have a sea view, one with attached bathroom and toilet. The 3 bedrooms are each equipped with closet and two single beds.

The cottage is located in a garden of about 1500 square meters, with the 30 meters of beach frontage bordered by a stone wall overlooking the sea.

The cottage is fully equipped for 6 people with a dishwasher, washing machine, garden furniture, beach chairs...

THE ENVIRONMENT
Access is along a dead end lane that stops at the sea: there is thus no risk of traffic noise, and the greenery surrounding the cottage provides privacy from the neighboring houses in the quiet residential area.

A small convenience store 500m down the beach is ideal for last minute purchases; a larger one is easily accessible by bike only a kilometre away. Supermarkets, doctors, car mechanics, bike hires, shops of all sorts are in Sarzeau 5 kilometers away.

LEISURE ACTIVITIES
In front of the house: bathing and swimming (sandy beach with a gentle slope, very secure, ideal for families), windsurfing and dinghy sailing, fishing on foot (oysters, mussels, clams, crabs).

If you own a boat, we can provide you with our mooring in the bay.

From the cottage: you can locate the footpaths and cycling trails for wonderful trips along the coast or inland on your discovery of sites and monuments.

500 meters via the beach: sailing schools, equipment hire.

The Peninsula: horse riding (3 locations), tennis, golf thalassotherapy, sea trips and sea fishing around Belle-Ile, Houat, Ho‘dic, or the Golfe du Morbihan, the latter belonging to the very select club The Most Beautiful Bays in the World

THE CLIMATE
With its average 2000 hours of sunshine per year and the year-round mild climate due to the Gulf Stream, mimosa trees, holm oaks, olive trees, laurel trees lavishly grow on the Rhuys Peninsula.
